Your visa, handled for you.
WSE's in-house team files every step of your UAE student visa — from eligibility to your Emirates ID. So you can focus on packing, not paperwork.
Standard UAE entry rule.

Most students go from first message to first class in under three weeks.

What your visa actually unlocks
A student visa in the UAE is a full residency. Same rights, same Emirates ID, same access to the city.
Part-time work
Adult students can take part-time work with a separate MoHRE permit — we explain the eligible roles.
Rent in your name
Your residency lets you sign a lease, set up DEWA, and avoid the usual tourist-visa friction.
Open a UAE bank account
Most banks need a residency visa + Emirates ID. We'll point you at the most student-friendly one.
Stack onto a degree
Move from a WSE course straight into a UAE university — your visa converts without leaving the country.
Multi-entry travel
Re-enter the UAE freely. Hop to Oman, Saudi or Europe on weekends — your residency stays active.
Emirates ID
Your master key in Dubai — needed for SIM cards, gyms, deliveries, government services. Issued in week one.
Solo paperwork vs. done for you
Everything, straight
Real questions from this year's incoming students. Don't see yours? Ask us directly.
Most files are approved in 10–14 working days from the moment we have your full document set. Rush cases (medical or sponsor approval already in place) can clear in as little as 7 days.
Government fees sit around AED 3,200–3,800 depending on visa length (one-year vs two-year). WSE's handling fee is bundled into your enrolment package — you won't pay separately for the application work, only the official charges.
Yes — adult students on a UAE residency-track student visa are allowed to take part-time work with a separate work permit (issued through MoHRE). We help you understand which roles qualify.
Our approval rate is 99% because we screen files before submission. In the rare rejection case, we resubmit with corrected documentation at no extra fee. If the rejection is final, government charges already paid are non-refundable.
No. Your entry permit is issued electronically — you arrive on it, do the medical and biometrics inside the UAE, and your residency stamp is added to your passport without leaving the country.
Yes — once your residency is stamped, you can sponsor a spouse and children under 18. We handle the dependent files in parallel; salary and accommodation thresholds apply.
A short course doesn't need a residency-track visa. Most students travel on a 60- or 90-day tourist visa, which is faster and cheaper. We help you pick the right entry route based on your dates.
Not necessarily. We can begin from any country once we have your enrolment confirmed and document scans. Some documents (like the medical) must be done in Dubai after arrival.
In the UAE they're the same thing — your student visa IS a residency visa, with ‘student’ as the sponsor type. It comes with an Emirates ID, the right to open a bank account and rent a flat in your own name.
